Mashed Potatoes of Mrs. Denny

This mashed potatoes is served with steak marinated salmon.
This is made for two portions, me and my husband.

Ingredients:
4 small Australian Potatoes (Since there is Oman Potatoes in big size, we prefer to take smaller one from Australia)
2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
1 table spoon butter
1 teaspoon parsley, could be dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper
salt (optional for me)
150 ml fresh milk (1/2 cup)

How to Cook:
  1. Peel the potatoes skin and boil them until well cooked. Drain and put aside.
  2. While boiling the potatoes, stir butter, cheese and milk, wait until all stuffs are dissolved and thick
  3. Mash, potatoes with mixture of butter, cheese and milk (mixture in no. 3)
  4. Cook in 5 minutes in dry skillet or bake it.
  5. Serve it
