Tom Yum Goong Mixed Seafood

Ingredients:
1/3 kilos prawns
6 squids, cut into rings
1 king fish, cut into cubes
1 table spoon oil
1 sachet tom yum goon paste, but it's not recommended since it contains MSG (Monosodium Glutamat, thus i l try to seek another paste not containing MSG)
1/4 glass tamarind concentrate
2 red chili, chooped
5 lime leaves
1 table spoon fish sauce
2 table spoon, fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon, brown sugar
coriander leaves, to garnish
600 ml water (6 cups of IKEA standard cup)

1. Heat the oil to stir prawn, squid, and fish in half cooked mode.
2. Add tom yum goon paste and 1 cup water, until reduced slightly. Put aside.
3. Boil rest of water, with lime leaves, and chilli.
4. Pour mixture of no.2
5. Add lime juice, brown sugar and fish sauce.
6. Cook until all stuffs (prawn, squid and king fish) well cooked.
7. Pour in the bowl and add coriander to garnish on top.

All for two portion, and for "Iftar" and "Sahoor".
